About the Position

Based in Knoxfield, VIC, this permanent full-time position is responsible for ensuring our products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards. 

This role is based on our afternoon shift - Monday to Friday : 2:30 pm – 10:36 pm.

Responsibilities of this Position Include, but are not limited to:

• Operate and manage molding machines, including loading and unloading molds.
• Handle custom molding jobs and interpret assembly and machine operation instructions.
• Conduct tooling changes with guidance and assist in specialized box assembly.
• Assemble a variety of general products and complete most custom molding tasks.
• Learn and operate roto-molding machines, hand tools, and power tools.

About You

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards.
• Previous manufacturing, factory, or assembly experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Have a dedication to high quality and safety standards and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
• Must be physically fit to work in an environment requiring lifting up to 15 kgs.
